Team Vision

Stability CrossFit is not just another gym or CrossFit facility. We are a performance center and school……focusing on enhancing personal growth and performance to improve your mind, body, AND spirit. At Stability CrossFit, we believe fitness is a state of mind and lifestyle. Our coaches will guide you throughout your physical journey. Encouraging and providing you with all the tools you need to be successful. Stability CrossFit programs are about overcoming challenge and adversity, be at work, sport, or life. Our goal is to guide you on your journey developing your physical while overcoming your mental limitations to reach your potential.


Stability CrossFit coaches will guide you through the process of becoming knowledgable in the mechanics, strengths, and limitations of YOUR body by developing mobility, balance, agility, strength, power, endurance. At Stability CrossFit, our goal is to give you a knowledgable understanding of training to challenge yourself and to accomplish new things you thought we never possible. Our programs start with an assessment of your current state followed by detailed instruction for the development of skills necessary for successful training. We will teach you how to move your body with proper form, mechanics, and technique for the prevention of injuries and optimization of progression in the program. The benefit of our process enables you to get fit, strong, fast, and powerful.


As a new member walking through the door our mission is to listen. We are interested in hearing your goals, dreams, struggles and weaknesses. Being able to identify these things will give us the tools we need to help you break through your current plateaus and reach your goals. Once your goals are clearly identified, we begin to evaluate your current physical standing. Establishing your baseline is important because in order to show progress, we need to know where you started. Once we have a baseline you will begin your training program. Our program is rooted in developing the ten general physical skills, which are;

  1. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance: The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen.
  2. Stamina: The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy.
  3. Strength: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force.
  4. Flexibility: the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint
  5. Power: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.
  6. Speed: The ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement.
  7. Coordination: The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement.
  8. Agility: The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another.
  9. Balance: The ability to control the placement of the bodies center of gravity in relation to its support base.
  10. Accuracy: The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.

In the process of developing these skills, our main focus is on instruction. We value movement, and there is nothing more beautiful than a precision human body moving through space. Therefore we spend considerable time making sure you learn the movements correctly. It is through this foundation of perfecting the basic movements that we are able to deliver a training program that is not only extremely effective, but safe as well.
