Free Intro Class

To begin training at Stability CrossFit, we’d like to invite you to come try a free hour-long introductory training session. You can tour our facilities, meet our coaching staff  and learn more about how Stability CrossFit can help you reach your goals. The workout will be fun and modified for your fitness level. Please join us on Saturday at 9 am for your first free workout, or give us a call or send us an email to let us know you’re coming! Please arrive 15-20 min early so we can get your oriented before class begins.

OnRamp Intro Program

(ENROLL ASAP to RESERVE YOUR SPOT!) 

OnRamp is an rolling introductory program that lasts 30 days and meets 3 times a week on Monday & Wednesday at 730 pm and Saturdays at 9am. You can begin OnRamp at anytime. This investment in yourself prepares and sets you up for success at Stability CrossFit.  If for some reason you need more help or miss a day, class may be made up if arranged with an instructor. This is a comprehensive course designed to introduce the CrossFit fundamental movements and workouts we do on a daily basis. You need to complete the OnRamp Introductory Course before you are eligible for regular classes, unless you have previous experience. If our OnRamp schedule doesn’t work for you we are happy to set up private classes to fit your needs.
