OnRamp Intro Program

On Ramp Classes are held Monday/Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 9am

 

OnRamp is an introductory program that starts on a Saturday at 9 am.  These mandatory classes meet 3 times a week on Monday & Wednesday at 730 pm. This investment in yourself prepares and sets you up for success in the longer term here at Stability CrossFit.  If for some reason, you need more help or miss a day, class may be made up if arranged with an instructor. This is a comprehensive course designed to introduce the CrossFit movements and workouts we do on a daily basis. You must attend the OnRamp Introductory Course before you are eligible to attend regular classes, unless you have previous experience.

OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements of CrossFit. A typical class will include a coach lead warm up, instruction on one or several fundamental movements, and a workout selected for clients new to Crossfit.

Once we feel like you have the basic knowledge and mechanics necessary to excel in our normal CrossFit classes, you will ‘graduate’ OnRamp and have full access to the Stability CrossFit Class Schedule. We encourage all of our clients to be patient and take their time to build a good foundation through OnRamp as it is crucial to our program and your future success.
