Youth Programs

CrossFit Kids is a program specifically designed for children to develop a lifelong love for fitness. Kids, aged 7 – 12 years old, will engage in classes that incorporate bodyweight calisthenics, gymnastics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across a spectrum of functional fitness skills. Each class contains a warm-up, skill development, workout, and game. Every class provides a fun and encouraging atmosphere for kids to develop athleticism and teamwork, as well as increase their ability to focus and develop positive self-esteem. CrossFit Kids is a program to provide a solid athletic foundation for kids of all shapes and sizes!

CrossFit Teens is a program for ages 13 – 18 that serves as both a supplement to an existing sports program, or as a stand alone fitness program. Teens classes bodyweight calisthenics, gymnastics, and weightlifting to provide classes of constantly varied movements to create well-rounded teen athletes. Classes vary greatly and include a warm-up, skill development, weightlifting component, metabolic conditioning, and auxillary work. Workouts will include both individual and team components to provide an uplifting fitness environment. Teens will increase their ability to focus, and develop body awareness, positive body-image and self-esteem.

Wednesday  –  6:30pm – 7:30pm



CrossFit Teens:  3 Classes per week

Monday  –  7:30pm – 8:30pm

Wednesday  –  7:30pm – 8:30pm

Thursday  –  6:30pm – 8:00pm




CrossFit Kids              $100/mo unlimited classes   OR   $75/1 day per week

CrossFit Teens            $110/mo unlimted classes     OR   $80/1 day per week
